Configuration error

I have a godaddy hosting account and just installed blogengine.net from their hosting connection tool into a subdirectory of my root.  I then setup the subdomain to point to that the subdirectory and let her rip.

I now get this error:

Configuration Error

Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request. Please review the specific error details below and modify your configuration file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: Theme 'White' cannot be found in the application or global theme directories.

Source Error:

[No relevant source lines]

Source File: D:\Hosting\2011825\html\web.config    Line: 45

It seems to be using my web.config from the root website and not the one in its own directory.  Line 45 exists in my root web.config file.

Any help would be appreciated.
