Running Blogengine with built in IIS

Hi, it's been awhile since I have used BlogEngine and I recently downloaded the new 1.5 version. When you run the code in Visual Studio 2008 it appends "BlogEngine" to the url, as in http://localhost:3886/BlogEngine/ is there a way to get rid of that part when using the built in IIS web server in VS 2008? I use to install the XP IIS 5.1 server for testing, but I don't do that anymore. I'm not sure if it is related, but when I moved my images from 1.4 to 1.5 (in testing environment) the image.axd handler doesn't work - page not found 404 error.

Well I got that sorted out - moved back to using IIS 5.1.

I ran into another strange problem and it has to to do with write access. It keeps saying stuff is denied even though I clicked on the folder and removed read-only access countless times, so that it applies to subfolders as well. I have also checked the security tab to see if the permissions are set for my user and they are 0 full control with everything checked. Anyone know why these things keep reverting?
