URL rewrite? How can I control URL/directories of the blog?

Hi all

I'm using BE as a blog engine installed on a certain folder within a parent site - so all article content of the parent site will be published with blogging capabilities.

Due to SEO requirements, I need to make sure that articles covering "vanila ice cream" will be posted in the Vanila ice cream directory (and have an appropriate URL) and choclate ice creame in anther relevant directory.

How could this be done???? please refer to the example below:

Can I control the way the URL will be set? I noticed that I can set a page hierarchy  such as:

it's very awkward that if I create page mypage under the page subcat3.aspx under the page cat1.aspx it will create a url almost similar - but not was I'm looking for because I cannot create more pages in those directories.

I'll appreciate any advice
