"nofollow" in comments?

Hi: On BE 1.5.0.7, I notice that website links in comments don't have "nofollow" added to them. Is that by design, or am I missing a setting somewhere? It seems like these links should have a rel="nofollow" on them?

By default I think BE.NET adds nofollow to the links posted in the comment body text, but it does not add rel="nofollow" for the URL enter as the commenter's home page.

quick tutorial on how to fix it so rel="nofollow" is added to all links added by users any where on the site:

First of all want to know, what is use of nofollow attribute in the comment?
