When i click Import button it says downloading application, but then error apears.. any help ?

Not sure exactly, but just wanted to say that I think the "username or password is incorrect" message shows up when an error occurs. So the error message isn't accurate -- from my recollection. I think the error is occurring within BlogImporter.asmx, which you can find in the "api" folder (off of the BE root). If you were to try and debug, that's probably the place to start.
