Error with ClickOnce BlogConverter?

I've tried running this with high hopes of importing my dasblog data. When I launch the clickOnce app, I get this error.
"Cannot download the application. The application is missing required files. Contact the application vendor or your system administrator for assistance."

I googled around and found an explanation at the .NET Framework Developer Center that say this is due to "One or more of the files listed in the application manifest cannot be found on the server. Verify that you have uploaded all the deployment's dependent files, and try again."

Is anyone else seeing this problem?

It's wrking for me on a XP box.
Do you have the .net 2.x framework installed on your computer?

ok, I just remembered something and made a test.
I get your error when using opera as a web browser for example.
But in IE (7) it is working like expected.
ClickOnce is not compatible with all the browsers I guess...
Is this the case for you?

ClickOnce applications only work if IE is your default browser. Sad but true...

okay -- i understand now -- you have to lauch the converter from the admin area while using IE ... got it.
