Remove "Someone" from default themes

The default "Someone" is aggravating. in a situation when only one guy is using the blog, that could be OK to manually edit the theme XML however, with upgrades this is lost.
In situations where multiple authors are contributing this become even more annoying.
My suggestion is to REMOVE "someone" feature from all themes until a solution is found to dynamically map "Someone" to the current author name.
