Wierd problem when updating - webhost4life

Hi,

I don't know if this is a webhost4life problem or a BE issue. I have made some changes to the SidePanel.ascx in my custom theme, to add a few more sections. When running the site on either Cassini or IIS6, with our without compiling, the site works fine. However as soon as I move the compiled site to webhost4life, the javascript isn't running. If I view the script with Firebug, there is no code, even though verifying via FTP, there is code in the actual file.

I had a similar problem described in the post http://www.codeplex.com/blogengine/Thread/View.aspx?ThreadId=17148, and managed to get it fixed. I have tried setting "Makes the pages load faster (recommended)", and "Trim stylesheets" both on and off, with no effect.

Could it be a problem with caching on WH4L?

If you want to see what I'm describing, feel free to look at www.duringlunch.com with FF and Firebug.

Thanks,
James
