Problem is I can see the application correctly localized on localhost, both public and admin panels, but once published on internet, it shows english on public site, although config panels are correct (spanish).

Is it because of the localization of the server? or this can be set on any html/config file?

Thank you.

On the Settings tab in the control panel, is the "Choose language" dropdown set at Spanish or Auto?

If it's Spanish, then you should see Spanish throughout the entire site, no matter what.  If it's set to Auto, then the language will depend on the language specified by the visitor's browser.  If the browser is telling the site its language is English, the site will display English.  If the browser is telling the site its language is French, the site will display French, etc.
