Hi, while creating themes i ran allways into the same problem. I theme the postlist und postdetail page without any probs because i have full control over the layout through site.master, postview and commentview controls. But pages, contact, etc. can't be themed the easy way to fit into the layout. The only approach that i think of is to manipulate the dom via jquery and insert required html elements on the client side. But thats a bit overload just to get the theme looking consistent. Additionally the built in controls are code based only and the output is generated in code. Ok, i can change that too, but then the skin will not be portable. So, does anybody has a better approach to get things done? My suggestions for an upcoming version: theme of all content elements withing theme :)
