Is there somewhere in the database that I'm not seeing that stores the SEO URL of each post or is it generated dynamically? If so, what would be the best way for my primary site db to import the post seo urls? I've created a table for my primary site to use that contains records for each post with the title, url, date that I need to populate with the live blog data. The title/date are easy ofc, but I'm not seeing how to create the seo URL via SQL.

"Database" could mean many things, as BE can persist its data in many places.  However, whatever your data store, what you're calling the SEO URL follows the format [blog home]/post/[slug].aspx.  Look for a column/field called "slug" or "short title", and fill in the blanks.
