See this message and this issue too.

What needs to be done is to modify the Web.sitemap folder in the blog root.  And remove all the "rights" attributes.  Actually, here's what it should look like.  You can replace the contents in your existing Web.sitemap folder with what is below.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
<siteMap xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/AspNet/SiteMap-File-1.0" >
  <siteMapNode url="default.aspx" title="Blog Engine" description="">
    <siteMapNode url="~/admin/Dashboard.aspx" title="dashboard" description="" />
    <siteMapNode url="~/admin/Posts/Posts.aspx" title="posts" description="" rightsAuthorizationCheck="HasAny" />
    <siteMapNode url="~/admin/Comments/Approved.aspx" title="comments" description="" rightsAuthorizationCheck="HasAny" />
    <siteMapNode url="~/admin/Pages/Pages.aspx" title="pages" description="" rightsAuthorizationCheck="HasAny" />
    <siteMapNode url="~/admin/Tracking/Pingbacks.aspx" title="tracking" description="" />
    <siteMapNode url="~/admin/Widgets/Blogroll.aspx" title="controls" description="" />
    <siteMapNode url="~/admin/Extension Manager/default.aspx" title="Extensions" description="" />
    <siteMapNode url="~/admin/Users/Users.aspx" title="users" description="" />
    <siteMapNode url="~/admin/Settings/Main.aspx" title="settings" />
  </siteMapNode>
</siteMap>
