Problem running BlogEngine 2.0 with IIS6/W7

Dear all, I'm new with BlogEngine; Since a couple of hours I struggle to get it working. I have followed the steps described in the "getting started / complete installation" video.

When I run the website I get an exception; here is the description

System.Security.SecurityException: Échec de la demande d'autorisation de type 'System.Web.AspNetHostingPermission, System, Version=, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089'.

The rest is in French so I did not copy/paste it, but I think it is a well known exception.

I have seen over the web lots of troubleshootings about IIS7, like setting "Load User Settings" to true, but unfortunalty I cannot find this option in IIS6 (I think it's new with IIS7)

Could you please help me? Thank you in advance!

After another couple of hours of searching on the web, I think I have found the problem :

My bin folder's dll files are in a "blocked" state. To unblock them, right click on the file in the windows explorer then click on the "unblock button". Never seen this unblock button before working on this problem!

Am I the only one to have encountered this problem? Looks like a issue with W7.
