Problem installing new themes

Two problems (maybe they're related):

1) I try creating a new user with apparent success. However, when I try login in with him, I get a message that login failed.

2) When I try installing new themes, my blog (the main page) doesn't work. The message:

System.Web.HttpException: The file '/pv/BlogPablo/themes/NonZero/site.master' has not been pre-compiled, and cannot be requested.
