Parse error - likely culprit is 'PARSE'

Started getting this error early this morning. I did a post, it loaded fine after it was intially posted.  then later started getting the below. any help is appreciated.

BLogEngine 2.5.   no new widgets, extensions, themes were put in at the time either.

Not even sure on where to proceed.  thanks!
