FYI. This is a very minor point, but the Pages Controls entry in the Web Application /setup/SQLServerWeb.Config causes an "Unknown Server Tag" run-time.

It's using the Website Project syntax.

Original

<pages enableSessionState="false" enableViewStateMac="true" enableEventValidation="true"
       controlRenderingCompatibilityVersion="3.5" clientIDMode="AutoID">
      <controls>
        <add namespace="App_Code.Controls" tagPrefix="blog" />
      </controls>
</pages>

Changed to

<pages enableSessionState="false" enableViewStateMac="true" enableEventValidation="true"
       controlRenderingCompatibilityVersion="3.5" clientIDMode="AutoID">
      <controls>
        <add tagPrefix="blog" namespace="App_Code.Controls" assembly="BlogEngine.Web"/>
      </controls>
</pages>

Hi Dave.  Good catch.  It looks like the default web.config file has that change made, but not any of the DB web.config files.  I just filed an issue over there ... hopefully it gets addressed.
