Blogengine 2.6 and byte-range support for itunes videos?

I'm getting the error message when trying to submit a new blogengine based feed to itunes:

"there is a problem with your feed... your episodes are hosted on a server which doesn't support byte-range requests"

I looked around and it seems that the server must support this.. i assumed this meant in some way.

I saw someone did something called forcing a 206 request in one case, but not blogengine related.. that part was a bit beyond my current knowledge though.

So in regards to blogengine.. is there a piece of code I need to add somewhere to make the byte-range support work?

In my case its BE 2.6 and running on a HostGator shared account (without direct access to the IIS settings per say).

According to this thread, Apple recently made this feature a requirement on iTunes. I'll have to look into it, but it seems like your host must have this enabled, not something you can configure or change in the code.
