In widgets/Newsletter have a look at method FormatBodyMail.

Sorry...i dont see it or not following....

Instead of showing just the title, i'd like to show the enter blog in the newsletter

in the formatbodymail, i see

body = body.Replace("[TITLE]", publishable.Title);
        body = body.Replace("[LINK]", publishable.AbsoluteLink.AbsoluteUri);
        body = body.Replace("[LINK_DESCRIPTION]", publishable.Description);
following code, but looking for option to show actual text/images of the blog in email

thks

Yes, that's the section you're after.

publishable.Content will give you whatever the post contains, that's the HTML and any other stuff.
The other stuff might include any extension placeholders i.e. [extension:setting] and that would possibly remain since it's usually replaced on the post serving event(untested, so not sure, but it's the kind of thing you need to consider).
You might also have to reformat image paths, any relative links and such like, so almost certainly you will have to process the content in some way before substituting in the newsletter.
