Impossible to save settings

I move my blog to another server (Windows Server 2008 and IIS7).
I can create post, upload files and images but impossible to save the setting .....

I receive this error :
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request.
Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.
Exception Details: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\[DATA]\[SIT]\wwwroot\\App_Data\settings.xml' is denied.

I added the write right to \USER .... don't know if it's the right way

Probably you just need to give the correct user write permissions.  Try giving write permissions on the App_Data folder to Network Service, IIS_IUSRS any IUSR accounts, ASPNET.  These are the typical accounts that come to mind.

Giving write permissions to these accounts on the App_Data folder should propagate the permissions to all the files and subfolders, including settings.xml.  After adding write permissions to the App_Data folder, you can check/verify the permissions for settings.xml specifically.
