I could not the Google Custom Search (search with AdSense) to work in a TextBox because the HTML editor would remove the <form> code needed to run the widget. I finally got this to work by inserting an <iframe> into the TextBox. e.g.

In the TextBox widget:
<iframe src="http://www.gillerinvestments.com/GoogleSearch.html" width="250" height="55" frameborder="0"></iframe>

In the iframe document, you wrap the code you get from Google AdSense.

Thought I'd pass this along.
