How does one change from the wrench favicon to my own?
I found the blogengine.ico in the pics folder, I removed it and put my own in renaming it to blogengine.ico but the wrench keeps showing up.
How can I change the wrench for my own favicon.ico?

Thanks for your help.

I figured it out, please disregard.

Can you let us know how you did it? I'd like to replace it as well.

In your theme's site.master file, there's a <link> tag that looks like:

<link rel="shortcut icon" href="~/pics/blogengine.ico" type="image/x-icon"/>

You can change the ICO file it points to from blogengine.ico to something else.  Then, just make sure you have that ICO file in your pics folder.

I use Garland-Revisited theme (for now) and found this file: themes\Garland-Revisited\site.cshtml (Is this the site master file?)
Line 16 looked like this:
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="@Href(Utils.RelativeWebRoot + "pics/blogengine.ico")" type="image/x-icon"/>
Changed it to:
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="@Href(Utils.RelativeWebRoot + "pics/favicon.ico")" type="image/x-icon"/>
Worked for me!
