I'm having some problems to post new comments after implementing my own custom theme into BlogEngine. All I get is this error when trying to post the new comment :(

Does anyone have any information on how to solve this or what could be wrong? Busted my head for to many hours on this already :(

Best regards

Hi Deamo, and others,

Getting same error here too :)

Other themes work fine, but when using a custom theme it does not work.

Looking at all of the other javascripts it is calling all are running and not throwing any 404.

Even took all of those out still same thing.

What can cause it to throw a 404 error?

The comment sections are using the exact code from the

Theme, it is a Razor based theme, but I do not think that is the issue.

I believe it is the javascript but don't know where, and wondering if any one else have similar issue?

Hi All,

I notice the following using the same page:

When using the Garland-Revisited theme I get the following and it works:

__CALLBACKPARAM Brian Davis-||--|--|-Testing using Razor theme-|-false-|-false-|-f853c669-943a-426c-a3de-07803a975d7d-|--|--|--|--|-

Now using another theme using the same code for the commentview and commentform:

I get the following

__CALLBACKPARAM Brian Davis-||--|--|-Testing using Main2-|-false-|-false-|-424b7553-f1ac-4f5c-860c-a409e27128ae-|--|--|--|--|-

These are different:

|- f853 c669 - 943a - 426c - a3de - 07803a975d7d -|

|- 424b 7553 - f1ac - 4f5c - 860c - a409e27128ae -|

Could that be the issue?

What can cause this?

Hi All,

Found the problem!

Had a search box using post at the top.

<form action="./" method="post">

Take that out and it works!
