Installation of BlogEngine on my local computer using local Internet Information Services (Windows 7) was successful.

But when publishing the BlogEngine on an IIS 6.0-Server the blog itself works correctly but the installation of extensions failes and the list of extensions in the administration menu is always empty.

Does anyone know what can be done? Is it necessary to upgrade to WindowsServer 2008?

Thank You, Franz

Additional tests show that the installation on another machine (also IIS6, Windows Server 2003) works properly instead.
The comparison of the settings of the two servers gave no hint to the error.
The missing extensions not only depend on the IIS-Version but also on something unkown in the settings/installation of the IIS.
